Shelly and I will put up a Christmas tree on the saddle porch tomorrow. The guests this past weekend came from PA to fox hunt but arrived with such flu/cold that it didn't happen. Next time. They are from Rolling Rock Hunt in Legonier. Tomorrow will be lovely warm weather and I'll be taking a couple riding from The Inn at Little Washington. So glad it will be in the 50s. Tomorrow I'll be working with designing new postcards.
I went away for a few days to New Orleans after Thanksgiving. I chose that time to have my ears pierced again. What a trip that was. My daughter, Betsy, and I went to a tattoo parlor. How much fun was that!! I assure you, the other patrons and workers there had never seen the likes of me before---I have seen pierced and tattooed kids in public before. The chap who did a very professional job was named Face. He wasn't too over tattooed. I'm still wearing little faux diamonds until they have been in for two weeks, then I can switch them.

| Meanwhile at The Conyers House, Alex the greeter Jack Russell, was staying with our longtime housekeeper, Shelly. She brought him home each day to give him a few hours to romp around. He took advantage of permission to sleep on the bed with Shelly's daughter Hannah. |
Here he asks permission to do the same, but knows it won't work. I love having his company, but not on my bed which is full of papers, mail, my laptop etc.
That's all for today...
